Homeowner In Columbia Calls SERVPRO To Report A Leaking Toilet

SERVPRO receives many calls for toilet water lines that had either ruptured, or are leaking.  This homeowner was totally convinced that his toilet was leaking possibly somewhere around the was ring.  Upon arriving one of our highly trained technicians' began to access the situation.  Not convinced that it was the was ring, the toilet was removed, and another assessment brought the conclusion that the leak was actually coming from under the bathtub.  The tub was removed as well as the subflooring due to the extensive water damage.  The water damage extended into the crawlspace where the insulation was removed and then the drying process began. Undetected over time even a small leak can cause extensive water damage.  Should this happen to you be sure to call SERVPRO so we can get you back to "Like it never even happened."
